I guess I was wondering whether all of the original capability files 
elements are transferred to the database.  For example, looking at the 
Buncombe County NC Maps capabilities file on GIDB, I can't find the 
layer-specific abstracts and keywords that are available for some of the 
data in a capabilities file directly from Buncombe.  I was wondering if 
there was a way to jump directly from GIDB to those original 
capabilities files for background detail on the data if desired.
