Hi Lev, I was just going to write an email that said, "Actually, the best
list of WMS in the world is from the NRL GIDB at
http://columbo.nrlssc.navy.mil/ogcwms/servlet/WMSServlet?REQUEST=ServiceLinks" :)
I am going down the list now and testing the "regional and global" services
now for responsive and quality.
