[wms-dev] WMS/WFS with global or regional coverage?

Hi Lev, I was just going to write an email that said, "Actually, the best 
list of WMS in the world is from the NRL GIDB at 
http://columbo.nrlssc.navy.mil/ogcwms/servlet/WMSServlet?REQUEST=ServiceLinks" :)

I am going down the list now and testing the "regional and global" services 
now for responsive and quality.

We have all of the WMS sources that the Refractions Research published 
with their OGC survey, as well as hundreds of others. Many of the listed
