[wms-dev] WMS/WFS with global or regional coverage?

All:

I'm trying to finalize the list of WMS/WFS service URLs that will be included 
in a new interoperability extension product. If anyone has any stable WMS or 
WFS that they would like considered please feel free to respond to this email 
or contact me directly.  The services should be 

1) Stable
2) Provide regional or global data coverage
3) Open (i.e. no access restrictions)

Thanks for your help in advance and I apologize if this email is not directly 
related to "WMS Development"
