[georss] GeoRSS adoption?

Apache Abdera (http://incubator.apache.org/abdera/) is an implementation
of GeoRSS that I never see mentioned in geo circles.

I'm using Atom and GeoRSS to build out an ancient history "GeoWeb" in
the digital classicist community. See
