[georss] Current GeoRSS Version

Hi list,

I'm kind of confused about what the current version of GeoRSS is? The 
georss.org websites says 1.0, but I found lots of websites talking about 
GeoRSS v2, so are these just discussions for an upcoming version or has 
GeoRSS v2 already been released?
