[georss] GeoRSS Feeds with multiple geometry types

Hey Rob -

here is a good, static demo feed with multiple types of geometries -
not all of which are 'officially' GeoRSS.

As for frequently updating - the canonical Earthquake feeds are
updated as per earthquake events, so varying:
