[georss] RDF vocabulary for geographically data

Undoubtedly there are further subtleties to this, but OWL is one (or
three) dialects of RDF, so an OWL ontology should be able to be
expressed in any of the RDF serializations, and is for all practical
purposes RDF. The converse is not true: not all RDF vocabularies are
OWL ontologies.

There is now a GeoRSS ontology, for example, at http://mapbureau.com/
neogeo/neogeo.owl which is in the OWL Lite dialect of RDF. The
geonames ontology mentioned by Stefan likewise can be used as RDF,
but an OWL dialect provides a given vocabulary with additional
reasoning possibilities beyond arbitrary RDF triples.

There are also ontologies for basic spatial relationships, such as
http://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/ontology/SpatialRelations.owl , but
those simple relationships have not necessarily been expanded yet to
define such things as isCapitalOf.

Cheers,

Josh
