[georss] RDF vocabulary for geographically data

Hi,
I'm looking for a RDF vocabulary which can express statements about
continents, countries, cities and so on (locatedin, hascapital,...) .
I've been googling and swoogeling for a while but couldn't find anything proper.
All stuff I found was related to OWL, but I need plain RDF.
Do you know one vocabulary (or several to combine)?
