[georss] KML into OGC

Chris,
OGC has started to realize that there is a mass-market to reach to be
successful (http://www.ogcnetwork.net/massmarket)
Raj and others have been working on those issues and how to provide for more
basic services. Example: WFS Simple that can output GeoRSS now.
Many people have heart-burns with WFS-Filter for some reason. So we might
want to look at some simpler versions of it and we might see the convergence
of WFS/GeoRSS/OpenSearch as a very powerful mechanism for geospatial data
interchange on the web.
OGC/georss could drive this, I think.
Pat.
