[georss] Resimplification

Wish I saw this message before searching the Simple page for GML  
references.
OGC does not consider GeoRSS Simple a profile of GML in any way. We  
(mainly Josh L.) determined that some really creative, really  
talented XML schema expert could probably make it one if they wanted  
to, but it would serve no purpose for anyone.
