[georss] Resimplification

I also vote to get rid if of GML namespace in the 'Simple' variants a.s.a.p.!
To my understanding Simple should avoid any additional namespaces unless
really justified. We implemented a 'WFS Simple' server and output GeoRSS/RSS
Simple (all versions) to play with (
http://wiki.hsr.ch/Prog1Java/wiki.cgi?WFSSimple4GeoRSS) and this would not
happened if we would have been urged to support GML namespace.
I admit that I only read specs. which are smaller than two hundred pages
unless I'm forced to. But I read most of the GeoRSS threads here. So to me
the list actually looks like this:
1. GeoRSS/Atom Simple (add about two versions here)
2. GeoRSS/RSS Simple (add about three versions here)
3. GeoRSS/Atom GML Complex (add 2 + 33^^2 versions here?)
4. GeoRSS/RSS GML Complex (add 3 + 33^^2 versions here?)
A validation service mentioned at http://georss.org homepage at least for
the first two variants really would help (ideally similar to my other
beloved spec. - the OAI-PMH Repository Explorer: http://re.cs.uct.ac.za/).

P.S. I'm saying nothing against KML nor against GML - only if GML geometry
would be stronger profiled, better supporting human readable textual schema
languages and if it would abandon the artifact name 'feature').
