[georss] A Proposal - KML & GeoRSS

Andrew,

You describe an interesting model, but the role you draw for KML  
(Kitchensink Markup Language?)  is one that it does not (yet) play  
very well. It will be interesting to see how / where it evolves given  
both the standardization process and desire to play that geo-html role.
