[georss] Getting started with Georss & KML

Charles,
There is a sample feed at http://www.georss.org and while georss.org
is being moved, there are XML schemas for georss and georss gml here:
http://www.oklieb.net/georss/georss11.xsd is for georss simple and gml
http://www.oklieb.net/georss/gmlgeorss12.xsd is the profile of gml
used by georss gml
