[georss] Getting started with Georss & KML

I'm just getting started on a project to bring Georss support in.  I'm
looking for a variety of things to get myself situated:
 1) a XSLT for converting from Simple GeoRSS to KML
 2) a sample GeoRss feed that includes all its capabilities (Point,
Polygon, etc)
 3) a XSD for Simple GeoRSS
 
The above are the three main things since internally our system is only
handling Simple GeoRSS.  However, as information enters the system,
we're going to convert it from the W3C Geo and GML GeoRss standards.
So along that effort:
 1) XSD's for W3C and GML standards
 2) XSLT's for converting the two standards into Simple GeoRSS
 
Since what I'll be doing is basically everything above, I don't expect
to get all of it, but any help would be appreciated.  And on a more
general note, if I run into any questions, what are some good resources
for me to use?  mapufacture and georss.org seem to be down for
maitenance, but are there any other sites that offer good documentation
or feeds?  Are there any other mailing lists to join to see what
interesting work is happening with georss in addition to helping with
developer questions like this?
