[georss] Styling GeoRss points

I have not read the entire discussion - am on the road - but I have to ask
the question: Do we want to specify presentation/styling in the same
document as the content? Kind of hardwiring things.

Also, WRT to KML, remember that KML may/will change based on harmonization
activities within the OGC process. So, any thoughts regarding that
activity would be much appreciated. I state this because I would not want
to see an approach taken with GeoRSS and KML that breaks if KML styling
changes.
