Sorry, I was unclear. What I meant is that for icon description, SLD
does not support describing images that are non-square: that is, you
can't set a different height/width for your image. Given the current use
of Markers in OpenLayers, I know this is likely to be a problem for us,
so I can't encourage its use in this way.

It is possible I misunderstand the SLD spec, as happens so often :) but
I think that this is the case, and I think it blocks the use of SLD for
descirption of markers in GeoRSS.
