[georss] Styling GeoRss points

I agree.  But remember, icons are not considered styles in 
CSS/HTML/XHTML/SVG or VML - they are considered content. In many cases 
you'll be using one of those standards to render a map.  Thus, this is 
not mixing styles with GeoRSS.

And restricting to points

Same argument as above - styling information for geometries should be 
outside of GeoRss.  Say I want to render a map and use SVG - then I 
should use CSS to style the geometries.  Icons are special though - they 
are content, not styles.

In my view KML is a totally separate thing, I'm focused on rendering 
GeoRSS feeds on a map in a browser.
