[georss] GeoRSS polygon/line elevation

There doesn't appear to be any mechanism in v1 of GeoRSS spec to
handle elevation in anything but a Point.

<georss:point elev="313">45.256 -110.45</georss:point>

but
<georss:polygon>
	45.256 -110.45 46.46 -109.48 43.84 -109.86 45.256 -110.45
</georss:polygon>

would be?
<georss:polygon elev="313 310 306 313">

nothing seems apparent in GML either - so I must just be missing it.
