[georss] Multiple geometries in simple?

Hi Ron, Mikel
Yes, I'm making use of multiple geometries in GML. I was only unsure
whether others were doing so with the simple profile since the spec and
model don't (to me) rule it out. In fact, I wonder if the relationship
tag doesn't actually encourage multiple geometries in the simple profile?
