It seems to me that people can discuss things wherever they wish, but  
when it's time to propose changes to GeoRSS, then those discussions  
should come back here...

In this case, I figured Raj was inviting people to the mass market  
geo list to talk about their needs/requirements/use cases for GeoRSS.
