[georss] GeoRSS Wikipedia page

I tried to do a major cleanup of the GeoRSS wikipedia page yesterday. I 
decided not to remove any content as it was not my place to do so. We need 
collective decision before removing any content.

And Raj is correct - the w3c page for geo does not use the word "GeoRSS"
