I was under the impression that GeoRSS GML was a specific CRS. If GeoRSS
GML actually allows one to specify a different CRS, I see even less
value in GeoRSS GML than I did before.

I apologize if my previous email re: GeoRSS GML is just confusing the
issue more -- it was unintetional.
