[georss] Atlas GeoRSS Support

We've added a couple nice additions to the Atlas GeoRSS capabilities
<http://www.freshlogicstudios.com/Products/Atlas/GeoRss.aspx>  over the
weekend.

Most importantly we've fixed some Mozilla bugs and added support for
more Geo encodings. GeoRSS Simple, GeoRSS GML, and W3C Geo points are
now all supported.

We've also added the ability for Atlas to periodically update the feed
on a schedule of your choosing.  Tack on the "GeoRssUpdateInterval"
parameter to tell us how often (in seconds) to check the feed for fresh
data.

We've created a killer auto-update example using a GeoRSS feed we've
created from public Twitter.com <http://twitter.com/>  data.  Sit back
and relax as recent Twitter updates roll into Atlas automatically
