Pat has added some additional elements for the sake of this discussion. 
I am not particularly happy with the countryName element as it is 
redundant to the iso code and it is more a i18n problem of the gui 
displaying the feed entry. It does not add any semantic information to 
the feed entry, so it can only be considered an optional and purely 
descriptive field. It this descriptive information is required, I would 
prefer to have it as an attribute of the countryCode element rather than 
as an element of its own.
