those interested in things off-earth might be interested in the fact that a 
number of OGC members have been working the planetary coordinate system 
issue in terms of how to express these systems in an standardized, 
interoperable manner consistent with the ISO and OGC models for expressing 
and transforming CRSs. There is a Planetary ad-hoc in the OGC that meets a 
couple of times a year. The key individual is Trent M. Hare from the USGS. 
He might be interested in your work and in collaboration.
