[georss] Fwd: GeoRSS version 1 is posted!

And hopefully at this point, there should be no difference between the main
site and version 1. The idea is that if the main branch of the specification
changes (which is represented by the Web site) after today, those that want
to use a stable, unchanging version have a place to find the frozen, v1.
