[georss] GeoRSS version 1 is posted!

Hi, I'm new to this mailing list but hopefully I'm not making any basic
newbie mistake... I'm trying to understand how this new version relates
to current/earlier stuff.
 
What's new in version 1?  It seems similar to what's on
http://www.georss.org/ <http://www.georss.org/>   in respect to the
geometry, but with the addition of things like featuretypetag,
relationshiptag, featurename etc? How does it relate to the
GML/Simple/W3C Geo etc specs?  Is there any write-up or comparison
doc/table/blog between the two?
