Raj, Josh, and I are sitting at FOSS4G2006 getting ready to put out a  
version 1 document.

We want to include a list of copyright holders. That would be the set  
of people that would have to be consulted prior to any change in the  
copyright. I think this can be an additive list, i.e. as people  
contribute, they get added. Or something. But who feels they should  
be in the initial list? It's a bit tough to sift through all the old  
email to really figure this out. So instead, let's just let people  
self-select themselves. If anyone objects to this process, please  
suggest an alternative.

Respond to this email with your name/email address as you would like  
to see it in a list that looks like:

Copyright (C) 2006 - Name1 <foo at bar.com>, Name2 <a.b at c.net>, ...

If we format it properly, it can just be cut/pasted into future emails.

Regarding version 1 - Raj & Josh have been polishing the bits and  
will post it soon.

Ideally format your response in a way that can be pasted into the  
list. Use high-longevity email addresses.
