[georss] Multiple GeoRSS representations in one feed?

The Flickr feeds have gotten fixed to use georss:point

http://api.flickr.com/services/feeds/photos_public.gne?id=51648834@N00&format=rss_200&georss=1

And Yahoo isn't the only supplier/mapper of GeoRSS. There are lots of
smaller developers/projects that are driving GeoRSS tools.
