[georss] proposal for country code in GeoRSS

Marc -

There is no specific GML encoding for address. I have seen GML used to code
addresses using a variety of address formats, including the FGDC Address
coding standard. I do have some examples of a variety of address encodings
using GML. I will need to search through some emails to find them.

In the meantime, check out xAL, an OASIS standard/model for addresses.
Supposed to work anywhere in the world. The authors would like to see a GML
application schema developed for this standard.

Cheers

Carl
