[georss] Photographs

I created a basic tool like this a while ago, based on worldkit. I used 
an existing php library, that reads the exif data (that I created using 
a GPS and LocationStamper) while uploading the picture and saves all the 
information into the georss feed. But didn't continue to work on it in a 
while...
