[georss] which version?

You mention a W3C version and a GML version. There's actually 3 versions--a
W3C version, a version called Simple, and the GML version.

After much agonizing, we included the W3C version on the site because it's
been around long enough to get a lot of implementation, so we think GeoRSS
**readers** should support all 3. But we don't recommend its continued use.
So the GeoRSS authors had in mind that new GeoRSS feeds should produce
Simple and/or GML only.
