[georss] GeoRSS Layer in OpenLayers

OpenLayers now supports GeoRSS Simple and GeoRSS W3C in the development
trunk: you can see an example at:

    http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/georss.html 

This will be included the next release of OpenLayers.

Code is available in SVN:
    
    http://svn.openlayers.org/trunk/openlayers/lib/OpenLayers/Layer/GeoRSS.js
