[georss] FOSS4G2006 talks

I've been pending submitting my own, however my usage of GeoRSS probably wouldn't warrant an entire presentation.  If anyone can take on 3-4 of my slides as part of a larger presentation, that would be much appreciated, and please get in touch with me.
