[georss] FOSS4G2006 talks

I am trying to put an abstract together on our GeoBliki work, and the first
instantiation of one: the EO1 Snsor Web enabled Data node (which will
generate geoRSS based on user subscriptions).  I hope to be able to setup a
demo :)
