Maybe a GeoRSS panel? But right now, there's plenty of room for more  
than one GeoRSS talk. I think it would be fine to have different  
aspects in different talks. Some good topics:

- What is GeoRSS?
- GeoRSS tools
- GeoRSS use cases and applications
- GeoRSS for fun and profit...
