I have searched the websites of these three organization and think they 
are all using (two-letter) ISO 3166 codes. On all three websites I found 
a lot of references to ISO 3166 but no reference to another code. The 
only other country code I am aware of is "FIPS 10-4", but as far as I 
know this code is only used by US governmental agencies.
