I would like to think that we have captured this in the three
incubator objectives:
1) Get GeoRSS into geo
2) Take first steps toward a broader geospatial Web ontology
3) Figure out a WG charter which can carry on 1) and 2).
So as long as we concentrate on getting 1) done, there is no reason
not to start in on the 2) & 3) discussions, which we should include
on the public Geo XS list and I will start to try to capture in the
wiki once it is set up.
