It would be a useful place to discuss the "semantics" of GeoRSS. We  
also envision considering a W3C WG charter at this workshop,  
following on the Geospatial XG which was just formed

(http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/geo/)

whose first mission is to update the geo vocabulary after georss.

So, very relevant.
