Josh,

Didn't we eliminate the circle geometry in discussion earlier this year?

How is that the GML Profile can be modified without any discussion on this list?

Yes, there is some updating to do. I have some new schema docs as  
well but haven't posted them yet, being that Raj and I are at the OGC  
meeting this week talking about them. Also added circle to the GeoRSS  
GML profile as it turns out there is a CircleByCenter alternative  
which is what we wanted (with radius in meters).
