[georss] featurename, other missing bits from the site

Mikel,

Yes, there is some updating to do. I have some new schema docs as  
well but haven't posted them yet, being that Raj and I are at the OGC  
meeting this week talking about them. Also added circle to the GeoRSS  
GML profile as it turns out there is a CircleByCenter alternative  
which is what we wanted (with radius in meters).
