[georss] Java location extensions?

Hi Mike

As far as I can see JSR-293 is about the java mobile platform, a
platform with rather limited support for XML in an optional extension
(JSR-172). Not even the java standard edition does include support for
RSS. There are, however, some RSS libraries for java, one of them is the
ROME library. Support for GeoRSS in ROME is available here :
http://georss.geonames.org/

As long as Java SE does not include support for RSS, it does not seem to
make sense to discuss GeoRSS in Java ME.

Cheers

Marc
