[georss] Transport of Toponyms with GeoRSS

P.s., the featuretypetag is mentioned on http://www.georss.org/model.html,
but I don't see it used in any examples. It is, however, in the XML schema
here: http://www.georss.org/gml.html#gmlappschema.
